There are many more conclusions that can be drawn from this data. Potentially due to its lengthy story endeavors with strange/criminal type characters. Meanwhile, the notoriety of GTA seems to be coming from more than just its violent content. This graph might imply that play time is an important factor in its popularity. Grand Theft Auto games are some of the best selling, while also being notorious for mature content.
#LETHAL ENFORCERS 2 LONGPLAY SERIES#
The Grand Theft Auto series has some of the longest play times and therefore the lowest kill rate. Hitman’s notoriety for mature content seems to be less about with how many people are killed and more about its lengthy takedown scenarios. Hitman has all the lowest spots for kill number and kill rate. It seems the arcade shooter experience relies heavily on short play times & rapid kill sequences. This suggest that a game’s popularity is determined by more than just its kill number or rate.Īrcade style shooters like Virtua Cop, Area 51 & Lethal Enforcers all have very high kill rates. This is interesting because the Serious Sam games are not the most popular despite having these high numbers. Serious Sam definitely has the most top spots for highest kill number and kill rate. There are a few notable outlier franchises. The shortest games often have the highest kill rates. Longer games appear to have lower kill rates. There is an inverse correlation between a game’s play time and kill rate. The majority of games with a high kill number, also have a high kill rate. So what did we learn? At first glance, there is an obvious correlation between a game’s total kill number and its kill rate. To find the exact value for any of the individual columns, please refer to the table on the far left. I plotted everything on the same scale so we could see the relative curve properties simultaneously. The graph on the right depicts the data sorted by average play time from longest (top) to shortest (bottom). The middle graph depicts the data sorted by kill rate from most kills per hour (top) to least kills per hour (bottom). The first graph depicts the data sorted by total number of kills from highest(top) to lowest (bottom). The dark blue lines are kill number, the red lines are kill rate & the light blue lines are average play time. The y-axis is game title and the x-axis is kill number. There are 3 graphs of the same data, just sorted in different ways. The colors in the total kills column represent entries generated from different sources, with the source listed just below the table. The average completion time data was extracted from the website “How Long to Beat” (HLTB). Let me describe what you are looking at: On the leftmost side, I tabulated the total number of kills in each game alongside the average game completion time (in minutes) & the kills per hour (kph). Please 's no fun for your game to be over after shooting just 6 rounds. You saw it here first folks! I’ve compiled all the video game kill count data I could find around YouTube & the internet to make a few massive kill count graphs. But I know that there is something that you can do in the Aimtrak utility to overcome this. By the way, if I play Lethal Enforcers with the cursor toggled on, there is no way to completely remove the cursor from the screen (even when I am aiming way offscreen). However, I know that people have gotten games, such as Lethal Enforcers, to reload by shooting offscreen.

In mame, I do not believe that there is a way to assign a specific button that equates to shooting "offscreen" (and yes, I have "shoot offscreen" set to "1" in Mame's config settings).
#LETHAL ENFORCERS 2 LONGPLAY WINDOWS#
By the way, the trigger activates button 2 in the windows control panel (I do believe that it is working properly).

I have even set one, or both, to various mouse buttons). I have tried different combinations in the Aimtrack config settings, but nothing seems to work (I have set trigger, both on and off, to the same button. I know that there has been some discussion on this topic, but I am unable to get my AimTrak to reload by shooting offscreen.
